The difference between people...

The creator of LeStudio1.com, Bernard Bujold, understood an important thing last Saturday night at the Evening Nighter Montreal en lumière 2010...
This is not the race that sets us apart from each other anymore but age!
The generations are now what make people different from one another and there are 5 distinct categories of people:
1. Traditional Generation (born before 1945);
2. Baby Boomer Generation (born between 1945 and 1960);
3. Generation X (born between 1960 and 1980);
4. Generation Y (born between 1980 and 2000;
5. Millennium Generation (born between 2000 and today)
Guess what generation is Bernard Bujold?

The perfect library

"A personal library is like a garden and it must be cleaned or it becomes a jungle "- Bernard Pivot
The Creator LeStudio1.com is moving and one of the victims was his library ... Bernard Bujold had accumulated more than 3 000 books but he only retained his 250 favorites. The others, he has donated, discarded or returned to their author ...
His favorite classical remains Homer's Odyssey, the biographies of Andre Agassi and Barack Obama and the favorite novel Millennium (Volume 1).
Happy reading!

Free Lifestyle

The free Internet has changed the lifestyle and more employers hope to find a free labor ...
Bernard Bujold (LeStudio1.com) noticed it directly as he seeks a new job and as he has approached several of his friends or professional contacts.
"I surprised by the reaction of several people that I approach and the number of requests I receive for freebies. It's incredible! Requests to make free photos, free advice on marketing and communications strategies, etc..
My answer now is the same for everyone: "My dog Ulysse must eat..."

Tiger Woods should leave the table!

Tiger Woods should follow the advice of Charles Aznavour and leave the table because the meal is complete!
He was the greatest golfer of our time but he wanted to exploit the commercial aspect of his talent. For this reason, he has been completely defeated by the lately developments. It's not his marriage that worries him but his financial failure.
This was not the first time he faced such situation but in the past he had always been able to buy the silence of the media who wanted to publish a scoop like this picture of Tiger kissing a girl in a parking lot. His lawyers had giving away an exclusive interview to the magazine Men's Health in exchange of the photos. This time however there were too many media to silent.
I think that he is completely reversed by the situation. Playing golf is one thing but handling successfully public opinion is another kind of talent.
Finally, the failure of Tiger Woods is his own fault. He should have just quit for some years but he believed that the situation would come back as before.
Unfortunatly his meal is finished!

The House of René Lévesque in New-Carlisle

The protection of the house of René Lévesque is not a new history.
Bernard Bujold had launched a project foundation in January 1988 with the support of several close friends of the former prime minister amongs whom Corinne Côté-Lévesque, Yves Duhaime, Richard Clement and Marc Andre Bedard and some journalists including Michel Roy then La Presse and Marc Thibault then President of the Council Press. It had also proposed Pierre Péladeau to Presidency and as a patron. The aim was to buy the house of the owner and then into a museum René Lévesque.
Everyone agreed to protect the house Levesque's home but despite all the support received in 1988, the project died in the egg. Pierre Péladeau supported the idea of protecting the place but not enough to finance it. Other members tought that New Carlisle was a little far from Montreal or Quebec to establish the Museum René Lévesque. In conclusion, the team sought withdrew from the project; Pierre Péladeau offered a job to Bernard Bujold for he takes care of him instead of René Lévesque and life went on; the owner of the house felt abandoned by Montrealers and sold the home to another private owner.
The protection of historic homes is a difficult task. Péladeau has suffered the same fate with its own house in Ste-Adele, which is not what it was during his lifetime. He would not complain because he often said that one must deal with the living rather than dead ...
Good luck to the new defenders of the House René Lévesque!

Lucien Bouchard is back in business

Bernard Bujold knows Lucien Bouchard very well as he first met him in Ottawa in 1985 with Brian Mulroney. "I was an observer of the famous period Denise Bombardier in Paris... Lucien is the greatest speaker that I knew in my life and his words are very seducing but he is also the most selfish individual that I met. His only concern is himself and his actions are always posed for his own gains. I am not surprised by his new political stance. It is pure Lucien Bouchard..."
