Quebec elections 2012 - The place for 20 year olds...
Within hours of the announcement of the provincial election in Quebec, La Presse columnist Stéphane Laporte sums up the situation. “This election should be the one of 20 year olds like Leo Blouin-Office.” A text to read and circulate during the campaign 2012 Quebec Election. May the best win and especially Good Luck Leo!

Léo Bureau-Blouin, the politician...
By Bernard Bujold (LeStudio1.com) -
The future politician Leo Bureau-Blouin is not only the star of the hour and probably a future MP but he is also in love ...
My friend Herby Moreau published in La Presse this morning (Thursday, July 26, 2012) a photo (Scoop) of Leo with his girlfriend Stephanie Zummo. The couple has been together for a year and Stephanie is a management student. Note that the couple will celebrate its first anniversary on August 1, the same day as the call for the election by Jean Charest!
Long live the loves and the politics!

Abeille Gélinas...
By Bernard Bujold (LeStudio1.com) -
There was a time when I went out often (professionally) with Mitsou and her family. Her younger sister Abeille (Bee) had the allure at the time of the junior who was seeking her place in life behind a big sister star, beautiful and very popular. Bee has since found her calling in particular music and she has nothing to envy to anyone...
The photos of her Facebook profile are beautiful!
PS Too bad I stopped going to the family...

A Batman Story (conclusion) ...
By Bernard Bujold (LeStudio1.com) -
I went to watch the Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises. Admittedly this is a cinematic masterpiece. The film of 2 hours 45 minutes is well done and the pacing is perfect. The actors are outstanding (especially Catwoman - Anne Hathaway).
Without revealing the mysteries of the film, simply mention that the real villain of the story is not the character that we believe at the start but another one who appear as the savior early in the film. Much like in real life as often our worst enemies are the people closest to us!
Obviously, one cannot watch the movie without thinking about the horrible tragedy from Colorado. The Batman movie as the tragedy of Aurora symbolize both good and evil and the struggle between these two energies. The two subjects (Batman and Aurora) also symbolize creating heroes from normal people. Note that a scene from the film bears an uncanny resemblance to the killing of Aurora and several other scenes were inspired by the September 11, 2001 and the movement Occupy Wall Street in 2011. Finally the film ends with several options for a spinoff with either Catwoman, Robin, Batman or with these three characters together. Note that the director maintains however that there will be no Batman IV...
If there is one great sadness around this film, which should be a unique opportunity to celebrate and enjoy the pleasures of cinema, it is the tragedy caused by the gunman in Colorado. There is no way to console ourself for the deaths of the 12 fans of Batman except to think that victims (dead as survivors) will all become heroes. Their fight against pure evil has become a legend.
To understand the importance of the legend in human life, just go visit the traveling exhibition on death that has been around the world: TO LIFE, TO DEATH by photographer Walter Schels and his partner Beate Lakotta. You must read the statements of the people photographed before and just after death, usually very old, to say they regret on the death bed not to have realized their dreams of life and, especially, having nothing accomplished in this life that will survive their death.
The tragedy of Aurora is deeply sad but victims have become legends, like their idol Batman, because they clashed that evil gunman and contributed to its removal from our planet earth. The tragedy also create a sort of surge of love in the world's population who mourned the victims and their unjust departure. Die a hero to enter the legend is the most beautiful death that is because we will live eternally in the memory of survivors. To be forgotten after one death is the worst human tragedies! Moreover, it is also the conclusion of the film Batman...

A Batman Story (more)
By Bernard Bujold (LeStudio1.com) -
There is only one possible solution for tragedies like the Colorado (Aurora). A ban on access to firearms by the general public.
When I was a teenager in the Gaspé Peninsula, for my 16th birthday my father gave me a shotgun. He said that a man should know how to hunt and be able to defend himself to survive. The gun culture was then present in daily life around the world and we bought a gun like buying a bicycle today!
Fortunately in 2012 the situation has evolved but it is not sufficient given the rising number of people and especially urbanization of daily life. It is obvious that no citizen needs a gun capable of firing 50 bullets at rehearsal and besides this kind of military weapons such as AR-15 is prohibited. But they say the mad killer would have modify the charger of a replica of the AR-15 which the charger hold 10 bullets. Anyway, it is essential that governments adopt legislation to remove firearms in society.
Observers claim that the debate will quickly disappear and that the tragedy will be forgotten. I think the "zeitgeist" is to mobilize for causes. If the tragedy of Colorado is used to launch a movement against the firearms, the killing will be used for something beyond the unacceptable death of those movie fans and of the knight Batman.

BATMAN FANS ARE IN MOURNING
The Batman movie was to represent the excellence of cinematic talent of American and it was already considered a masterpiece by critics before even its theatrical release. But now the movie is tainted by horrible human tragedy while 12 people died and 58 others injured after a shooting by a gunman in a projection room in Colorado during a pre-launch. Several ceremonies to officially launch with special costumes were scheduled for tonight (Friday, July 20, 2012) but have all been canceled, including in Paris with the cast, and the U.S. president officially declared his deep sadness.
Truth is stranger than fiction and the event was impossible to prevent by law enforcement officials or by the film officials. Rumors of terrorism have been refuted.

The future of university education and free tuition...
The battle between Jean Charest and students will have been useless ...
University education will be soon universal and above all FREE. Is this the end of conventional universities? According to several observers, university education is going to experience the same revolution that music, movies, newspapers and trade in general. Internet access is the author of this revolution and the first steps are the system COURSERA.

Quebec Election 2012...
The rumor continues to circulate that Jean Charest would leave politics to accept employment in the private sector…
This situation is unlikely, but the Prime Minister’s statement to the effect that Quebec departures are a normal situation in politics and that it made way for younger is not to extinguish the rumor of his resignation.
The polls are unanimous, however: the outcome of an election in September would produce a minority government and it could be both Liberal or PQ with an average vote of 33% each, the vote being divided by the other competing parties. The date of August 1 will reveal more about the scenario of the fall …

Joselito Michaud and Nadia Seraiocco - The tragedy of September 11, 2001 according to a Quebec woman ...
Nice interview between Joselito Michaud and Nadia Seraiocco Sunday (July 15, 2012) on Radio-Canada on September 11, 2001.
Fate is unpredictable but it remains the fate ... The important thing is to go on!
Nadia should write a book about his experience, the story of a Quebec woman in New York during the World Trade Center tragedy! It would certainly be a bestseller ...
Note that Joselito Michaud and his show on Radio-Canada: "On prend toujours un train pour la vie" have changed their target and the host is now meeting people less well known but who have experienced a life-changing events. Interesting concept! A sort of Denis Lévesque but deluxe version ...

A group of young people play drums in the heat Saturday, 14 July 2012 on Ste-Catherine in Montreal. Rather than exhausting, the music seems to give them energy to beat the scorching heat of the sun ... One could summarize ZURUBA by saying that this group and its music represents life in the purest form of the human species.

Pursuit and shooting in the Old Montreal ... (Quay Alexendra - Museum Pointe-à-Callière)
Who said that a boat ride was quiet and romantic ...
This is not always the case in the Old Port of Montreal while a pursuit and a shootout erupted in the night from Friday to Saturday between the Montreal police and the passenger of a cruise ship that entered the Quai Alexendra. The passenger fled in his truck and he dragged a police officer for several meters before the officer manages to shot the driver that he seriously injured.
The Commune Street opposite the Musée Pointe-à-Callière will be closed for much of the day Saturday (July 14, 2012).
Long live the cruise passengers but beware of the noisy passengers!
