Spring 2020 arrives in Quebec at 10:50 p.m. tonight, Thursday, March 19. Usually, the arrival of spring also brings dreams of beautiful days to come and the pleasure of rediscovering nature. Unfortunately, the spring of 2020 is a little unusual and unpredictable because of the Coronavirus crisis!
