Ghislaine Maxwell's father, Robert Maxwell, was a character known for his contacts with rich and famous people from all over the world and for his financial frauds towards them. 
I had met him three times and I had announced his suicide to Pierre Péladeau who told me that he was convinced that he had been assassinated by the secret agents of Saudi Arabia... 
Quebecor was associated with Maxwell in several projects, including one in newsprint (Donohue). Some time before Maxwell's death, Quebecor's executives had discovered that he could not pay for his newsprint purchases and that he was bankrupt... 
The story of 1991 is repeated in 2020 with his daughter and her role in the Epstein affair. 
A "father-daughter" story!
