It is November 25, precisely one month before Christmas 2020.
If snow has fallen on the city, there is no guarantee that Santa Claus will come out on December 25th (because of the Corona virus).
The Elves refuse to confirm the visit, except that they add that it might be them, who will replace the good Santa...with a mask!
