THE CITY AND THE ATHLETES -

The Old Montreal area was literally invaded on Saturday, June 29, 2019 by athletes participating in a world triathlon competition. No car traffic during the whole day on Saturday, the Canada Day long weekend.... 
Never panic and it is said that after the storm there is always calm and harmony. And we must recognize that sports organizers are disciplined! 
Indeed, as announced, exactly at 6 p.m. Saturday, the police officers removed the barriers and if they had required a long work week to be installed, in less than an hour they had disappeared, much to the delight of many residents. 
Congratulations to the athletes and above all, have a good trip to your next competition in Germany, in Hamburg, on July 6 and 7!
