LEE IACOCCA 1924 - 2019

Lee Iacocca, visionary automaker who led both Ford and Chrysler, is dead at 94. He was born Lido Anthony Iacocca on October 15, 1924. 
Iacocca was a star and around the 1980 he was well known for having saved Chrysler from bankruptcy and before for the Ford Mustang in 1964. 
In United State during the 90, his name was as well known as today is the one of a Donald Trump, Barack Obama, Steve Jobs or Bill Gates. 
Lee Iacocca never run as a politician but he could have as he was considered one of the greatest managers and leaders of his time and he was an exceptional communicator. 
On the subject of politics Iacocca said: "I may have been able to provide leadership in the political arena. My friend [and former Speaker of the House] Tip O'Neill advised against it, and although I don't regret the decision not to enter politics, I just wonder sometimes if I could have changed anything..."
His death is closing a page in the world of business history in the modern United States.
