The whole province of Quebec is in a state of war, since Saturday evening, January 9, 2021 with the general curfew that applies from 8:00 p.m. until the morning of February 8, at the very least.
The situation of confinement recalls the dramatic period of wartime measures experienced in 1970.
The city of Montreal, for one, looked like a ghost town on Saturday night and the only living presences were the street lights and the police officers?
Dog walkers are allowed to go out in the streets, but who wants to walk in a ghost town?
Even the dog Ulysses is afraid...
