THE MOMENTUM OF THE 2019 CANADIAN FEDERAL ELECTION

CANADIAN FEDERAL POLITICS
By Bernard Bujold -
With less than eight months to go until the next Canadian election, momentum begins to build in favor of Stephen Harper's former party party. According to the latest poll, the Conservatives lead at 36% against 34% for the Liberals.
The fight between Jody Wilson Raybould and Justin Trudeau is not over but Justin is in the cables and he seems in no way in a position to regain the advantage.
What is very peculiar to this momentum against Justin is that he is fueled by a struggle within the Liberal Party itself rather than from an adversary political party... In politics, momentum is always a decisive element and momentum "timing" is very important. Too early and it will change direction before the day of the vote, like a pendulum. The lifespan for a momentum up to its peak is on average about 1 year.
Jody Wilson's next move could be deadly for Justin Trudeau's future and decisive for Jody's next role in Canada's political history.
To be continued!
